You must live within the Massillon
Cable TV service area to subscribe to the High-Speed Cable Modem service.
Basic Cable Service is not required. However, a $10.00 monthly drop charge
does apply in the absence of Basic Cable Service.
When you choose to have an Internet cable modem installed in your home, one of our cable technicians will be dispatched to install a cable outlet and place a second cable jack (if necessary) in the room where your personal computer is located. This cable line connects to a cable modem – a small piece of hardware that will sit near your computer.
